Refund on Live Stocks:
If your fish, coral, plant, or invertebrate doesn't arrive alive and stay alive for 24 hours, we'll credit your account.
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items that are purchased automatically have a 30 day return policy by BillysReefConnection.com. Anything after 30 days you must contact us through the website so your situation can be assessed.
Equipment failures, damages, or incorrect shipped items within the 30 days from purchase/receipt of product apply to all products.
After 30 days you must email the website so your situation can be assessed.
Basically if you purchase something and within 30 days of that purchase we will make it right if it isn't.
After 30 days, your purchases are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you are within the manufactures warranty, we need your information, the situation that caused the malfunction, breakage or other issue so we can contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions unless otherwise preauthorize.
Items that are older than 120 days may not be under warranty and you must contact us and the manufacturer so the best result can be obtained for you.
Replacements or refunds are given at the discretion of BillysReefConnection.com and all cases that require replacement or refund are required to have an RMA/Refund authorization accompanying the final outcome. Claims without an RMA/Authorization will be denied till such authorization is obtained from BillysReefConnection.com
Refunds are given on a case by case basis, and if you are seeking a refund these are the reasons they are issued:
Product out of stock for extended period of time, product discontinued/no replacement, 30 day breakage issue and manufacture is out of stock, product lost in transit and replacement alternative found.
These are specific cases where we grant refunds, however all cases are treated individually and are reviewed by BillysReefConnection.com staff.
Paypal claims are addressed with Paypal and all supporting documentation is provided to Paypal as directed. Fraudulent claims are also directed to the proper authorities.
